**************************************************************************************************************************************************************

I acknowledge that I have read the Warehouse reservation policies listed below and in the policies section of this website and understand that I am responsible for complying with all policies and for insuring the compliance of all event guests.

1.  All room reservations are at the discretion of the house manager, housemasters and Warehouse government, who may restrict or deny reservations for reasons that they believe to be in the best interest of the Warehouse.  Permission may be given for small events to take place during dorm quiet hours; however, noise must be kept to a minimum during these hours.

2.  The event host is responsible for making sure that the room has been cleaned and that all chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions at the end of the event.  Failure to clean a room after use may result in a minimum fine of $50 and/or the loss of reservation privileges.

3.  Events must end at the time indicated on the reservation form.  Extension of a reservation will not be allowed after an event has begun.  In addition, it is expressly forbidden to extend the length of an event by making two or more consecutive reservations.

4.  The resident making the reservation must be present at the event during the entire period of the reservation.

Before submitting this form, please check the Warehouse calendar to be sure the room you are requesting is available. Consecutive reservations may be denied if staff will not be available to clean between events.
Please note that no reservation is considered final until it has been listed on the calendar.
